Meyers, the highly recommended estate agency with branches across Dorset, continued its award-winning success last month with a Silver Award in the most prestigious industry awards, The Negotiator Awards 2019.
Having been shortlisted in no less than four of the awards categories, Meyers’ directors, managers and franchisees attended the glittering presentation ceremony and gala dinner at The Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in Mayfair, and were absolutely thrilled to be announced as winner of the Silver Award in the Regional: South West Agency of the Year category.

The Meyers’ team was presented the award by TV presenter, comedian and celebrity, Tom Allen in the ballroom at the elegant venue, which hosted a wonderful ‘The Greatest Showman’ themed evening for 900 guests including estate agents from throughout the UK as well as suppliers to the industry.
The Regional Agency of the Year Awards are for the agencies from every corner of the UK that best demonstrate superb customer service, innovation, business growth and plans for growth into the future, and staff development opportunities. These agencies are market leaders in their region, and the South West Award takes in Gloucester, Somerset, Bristol and Bath, Dorset, Wiltshire, Devon and Cornwall.
The leading awards program for residential estate and letting agents in the UK and their suppliers, The Negotiator Awards, now in its 11th year, is often referred to as the ‘Oscars of the property industry’. A spokesperson for The Negotiator Awards 2019, said: “2019 was a record breaker in terms of the number of entries, all of which were of a particularly high standard.”
Entries were judged by a panel of 19 industry leaders and experts, all selected for their reputation and knowledge. Meyers was also shortlisted in the ‘Community Champion of the Year’, ‘Hybrid Agency of the Year’ and the overall ‘Estate Agency of the Year’ categories.

The Negotiator Awards 2019 Regional South West Estate Agent of the Year Silver award is the third win in the last few weeks for the highly reputed agency. Just one month before, Meyers was crowned one of the best agencies in the UK – among the top 3% – with its Gold Award at the Property Academy’s EA Masters Awards, earning it a place in The Best Estate Agents Guide 2020; and the agency also won the Gold Community Champion – Office Award at the Experts in Property’s Gala Awards 2019. Recently, both the Dorchester and Bournemouth branches have taken Gold with the British Property Awards for being the best in their towns.
