Newquay Property Centre, the busy and highly recommended estate agency in Newquay is delighted to have won two awards at the Experts in Property’s Gala Awards 2019 ceremony, held at the Devon Hotel in Exeter last week.

The agency scooped the Gold Award in the ‘Customer Service (lettings)’ category, as well as the Silver ‘Innovator of the Year’ Award. In addition, Newquay Property Centre was selected as a finalist in three other categories: ‘Customer Service (sales)’, ‘Employer of the Year’ and the agency’s senior sales negotiator, Richard Smith, was a close runner in the ‘Negotiator of the Year’ group.

Director of NPC, Daniel Peel along with Richard Smith and senior lettings negotiator, Alex Piper were presented the Awards by compere, David Fitzgerald. Daniel said: “We are thrilled to have won two awards! The judging of the Customer Service ones are based on actual client feedback, so that’s a fantastic testament to both our sales and lettings teams. Innovator of the Year is awarded for unique marketing ideas, use of social media, press and PR. We always try to ‘think out of the box’ so to speak, and marketing is of course fundamental to reaching as many potential buyers as possible, so we are super proud to be recognised as an innovator in this area.”

The awards were open to independent estate agency members of the Experts in Property network across the region. Other Cornish agencies were recognised for their achievements and were selected as finalists in various categories.

Berwicks in St Ives and Lewis & Co in St Austell were close runners in the ‘Agency of the Year – Single Office’ category, while View Property in Launceston won the Silver award; Clive Pearce Property in Truro made it as a finalist in the ‘Community Champion – Office’ and ‘Innovator of the Year’ categories; and Jefferys, with offices in Liskeard, Lostwithiel and St Austell was also a finalist in two categories: ‘Customer Service – Sales’ and ‘Agency of the Year – Multi Office’.
