Stevens’ won the Gold Award in the ‘Agency of the Year – Single Office’ category, the award of the highest accolade judged on analysis of performance data.

The busy and very popular agency was selected as a finalist in three other categories:

• ‘Community Champion – Office’, for its commitment to supporting its community, local causes and charities
• ‘The Photography Award’, for outstanding property photography showing homes in their very best light, and
• ‘the Experts in Property Annual Recognition Award’, awarded for the agent’s use of the network’s services, including its Distinctly Westcountry premium marketing package and involvement in its regular South West Property Exhibitions in London.
