16 Apr The right property in the right location… in the South West
the Experts in Property will be holding an exhibition of Westcountry property at Hammersmith and Fulham’s leading independent estate agency, Lawsons & Daughters, on 2nd May.
In a superb and easily accessible location on the corner of Fulham Road and North End Road, next to Waitrose and just a short walk from Fulham Broadway Underground Station, Lawsons & Daughters has an affiliation with the Westcountry network, which has offices from the beautiful St Ives in far west Cornwall, to the buzzing city of Bristol and along the south coast to the seaside resorts of Bournemouth and Poole.
On 2nd May, Lawsons & Daughters is giving over the whole of its front office space to the exhibition, which will become a display showcase for property on the market across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset and Bristol.
In addition, estate agency aces from the Experts in Property offices will make the trip to the Capital, being available at the exhibition to answer questions about the glorious Westcountry, its specific areas and the properties available.
Previous exhibitions have been a massive hit, leading to viewings and sales agreed to buyers who attended and are now happily ingrained in Westcountry life.
Brian Corson, director at Lawsons & Daughters, said: “At any given time there are hundreds of people in London and the South East with a dream of either relocating to or investing in the South West and we are proud to be an affiliate member of the Experts in Property, hosting the Westcountry Property Exhibitions and giving would-be buyers the opportunity to meet and discuss their wants and needs face to face with those in the know. The Westcountry is a pretty big place and chatting with local property experts can help a great deal in the decision-making process, particularly regarding locations.”
Steve Moir, chairman of the Experts in Property, said: “We are so pleased to have a working partnership with Lawsons & Daughters. We love the vibe of the exhibitions – everyone is excited, enthusiastic and juiced up at the thought of realising their dreams, whether that’s owning a bijou weekend bolthole, a chocolate-box cottage, a contemporary low maintenance home for holidays or a landed country pile. By its very nature, there are many properties in our region with home offices, workshops and the opportunity to create an income from tourism, which are wish-list regulars.”
There are currently more than 2,000 properties for sale with the south-west network of the Experts in Property, ranging from holiday homes at under £20,000, to a glorious seven-bedroom home with a three-bedroom maisonette, medieval carp ponds, a paddock, fabulous grounds and consent to be used as a wedding venue, with a price tag of £1.3m – less than a two-bedroom flat in central London.
Pop along to the exhibition between 2pm and 5pm on Thursday 2nd May at Lawsons & Daughters, 404-406 North End Road, Fulham, London, SW6 1LU.
